Hello Dean, I am delighted to have received such a speedy and completely understandable response to my complaint. I am once again happy to be doing business with you and appreciate the steps you have taken to investigate, confirm and retract the charge. No customer could ask for more than to be advised that the subject of the complaint was caused by a simple clerical error which can happen to any one of us.On the lighter side it's good to know that getting older makes me a better risk. We will do business again Dean and I will also recommend your company to anyone looking for a fair deal on a 4x4 in Costa Rica. Saludos
