Hi Dean, I just wanted to send a quick thank you for your great service! We rented one of your smaller 4x4's. Although it wasn't in pristine condition (which we wouldn't expect), it served it's purpose well! It was really nice to have one of your guys meet us at the airport with the car and cell phone(which came in very handy on our trip!!). Our last night in Costa Rica we spent at a hotel. When we awoke the next morning we found one of the tires was flat. We needed to catch a plane. I called Hugo (I believe that was his name) and he instructed us on what to do so that we could leave in time to catch our plane. Thank you again! We have already recommended your company to our friends and will definitely use you again when we come back!
