You kind of have 2 options with renting 4x4's in my experience. 1. Newer ones: The upsides here are that the cars a little nicer, but at the same time much more expensive. 2. Used ones: The upside here is that you can get it vastly cheaper, have them meet you at the airport (so no having to deal with check-in or check-out stuff), but the vehicles are maybe 8-10 years old. Thank you Dean, I am SO looking forward to it! I must add that your recommendation for the Hotel Aeropuerto was a great one. Last week I was looking for the email to confirm our reservation there and couldn't locate it, so I emailed David, and he actually made a personal phone call to me to make sure I received his re-send of the confirmation, along with some very handy tips about exchanging casino on line currency, etc. What a nice, thoughtful guy! I was extremely pleased and feel really happy and secure to be staying there at his place. So, thanks again, I will certainly be telling everyone about both you and David and your excellent service!

Hello Dean, I am delighted to have received such a speedy and completely understandable response to my complaint. I am once again happy to be doing business with you and appreciate the steps you have taken to investigate, confirm and retract the charge. No customer could ask for more than to be advised that the subject of the complaint was caused by a simple clerical error which can happen to online casino any one of us.On the lighter side it's good to know that getting older makes me a better risk. Hi Dean, I just wanted to send a quick thank you for your great service! We rented one of your smaller 4x4's. Although it wasn't in pristine condition (which we wouldn't expect), it served it's purpose well! It was really nice to have one of your guys meet us at the airport with the car and cell phone(which came in very handy on our trip!!). Our last night in Costa Rica we spent at a hotel. When we awoke the next morning we found one of the tires was flat. We needed to catch a plane. I called Hugo (I believe that was his name) and he instructed us on what to do so that we could leave in time to catch our plane. Thank you again! We have already recommended your company to our friends and will definitely use you again when we come back!
